Building Rentals

The buildings shown below are available for rent.

Solanco Fair Association provides building rental for a wide range of uses. Among them are Public Sales, Fund Raising Events, Wedding Receptions, Craft Shows, and more.

No Alcohol is permitted on the fairgrounds or in any of the Fair Association Buildings. 

Buildings range in size and construction, providing suitable environments for most needs.

The Hoffman Building and the Senior Center have bathroom facilities. Building #6 Restroom, with heat and running water is available for rental when using the other buildings.

Note: To obtain organization non-profit rates, 501(c)(3) documentation is required. Individuals using the buildings for activities such as family reunions or any non-profit use may also be granted non-profit rates after review by the Building Manager.

Multi-day rates are provided upon request. Because optional services are available for rent, the Building Manager will provide a final cost quotation.

  • Bleacher Use in Barns- $200
  • Picnic Tables- $5 Each
  • Back Lights- $100 Flat Fee
